Our online booking app requires customers to put a card on file or pay in full at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. (Gratuity can be made at this time). Cancelling and/or rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This should be done through your appointment confirmation email, otherwise you will be charged. If you cancel your appointment WITHOUT giving 24-hour notice, your card will be charged 50% of the service booked. If you contact or come to the salon after you’ve missed your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the appointment service, this is considered a NO SHOW and no service will be completed! NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked.
